Architectural Design

At Arab Architects, our team of architects and CAD draftsmen combine creativity with a sound engineering process resulting in that work of art you were waiting for!
• Cost Estimating & Analysis: At the design stage, we present our clients with an approximate cost of the building and an understanding of the return-on-investment if the building is sold or leased out. A detailed estimation of the building is then prepared with market fluctuation taken into account. This allows our clients to plan out their budgets and set goals.
• Scheduling & Budget Control: A team consisting of a project manager, architects & engineers prepare a detailed plan of the project from start to finish. This enables us to budget the entire project as well as maintain a check on any market fluctuation.
• Biding & Construction Document: Once an approval is obtained from all local government authorities, we proceed to finalize our drawings with all details and specifications. Looking thoroughly into every aspect of the project from structural, electrical and electromechanical to plumbing and detailing, our team of architects & CAD draftsman prepare the drawings for the project. We then invite quotes for the project. Once a contractor is assigned with the work, we look into every aspect of the project and make it ready for construction.
• Construction Administration: Our managerial section along with the project manager & civil engineer take into account the construction administration part of the project. Frequent site visits & progress charts of the work enable us to give the desired results and complete the project on time.
