Established in 2005 in the Kingdom of Bahrain and closely following this principle, we recognise individual components of a whole and incorporate them seamlessly to synergise and produce not just results but sound architectural masterpieces. Initiating and incorporating the right components accurately is necessary to achieve the highest levels of architectural quality. To accomplish this, we synergize a solid design process, stringent program requirements, budgets and schedules with proficient project management. To further ensure the successful completion of the project, the architectural teams work directly with the group of directors to enable effective transfer of knowledge and expertise towards the project. Using state-of-the-art CAD designs, our architects and engineers prepare and manage the project from start to finish. All aspects from structural, electrical and electromechanical to plumbing and detailing are designed into a structured process model. This model is then emulated during the actual building stages with strict timelines and onsite project management.

Clarity to avoid confusion:

Amongst other things, our highest priority when designing is to make sure that the space used is utilized well with free-flow circulation, avoiding any confusion or chaos.

Our clients are kept in the loop right from the design stage, when we present them with an approximate cost of the building and an understanding of the return-on-investment if the building is sold or leased out. A detailed estimation of the building is then prepared with market fluctuation taken into account. This allows our clients to strategically plan their budgets, set targets and achieve goals.

Systematically, our clients are then presented with detailed plans and renderings of the project. Once approved, plans are drawn out for the various government departments. Contractors are then assigned to the work set out by the project management teams. To maintain our high standards, the site engineer and project manager performs rigorous quality checks as they inspect every stage of the project's development.
