Arab Architects is pleased to announce the completion of the Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences, a landmark twin-tower mixed-use development located in the Seef District.

With an approximate built-up area of 108,000 m², the development has evolved from its original concept into a fully realized urban destination under the Hilton brand.

Now operating as Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences, the development combines luxury hotel accommodations with high-end serviced residences. The project features a diverse mix of hospitality and residential offerings supported by premium leisure amenities, multiple dining venues, wellness facilities, and expansive panoramic views across the city and waterfront.

The project’s architectural excellence has been recognized internationally, receiving the Best Mixed Use Architecture Bahrain award at the 2025-2026 Arabian Property Awards. The award recognizes the development’s successful integration of luxury hospitality, branded residences, and contemporary urban design, establishing it as a landmark destination within Bahrain’s evolving cityscape.

Arab Architects provided full design and supervision services, delivering a distinctive architectural landmark that contributes significantly to the skyline of the Seef District. The twin-tower composition reinforces the project’s presence within one of Bahrain’s key commercial and lifestyle hubs while integrating hospitality and residential functions within a cohesive architectural framework.
